The rules of the road for shopping on BROHH. Last reviewed April 2026.
By accessing or purchasing any product from BROHH, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This includes purchasing products across our men's, women's, and unisex clothing categories.
BROHH strives to provide accurate product information for every item — sizing, fabric composition, care instructions, and GSM. We do not, however, guarantee the accuracy or completeness of product descriptions, pricing, or other content at all times, and reserve the right to correct errors.
Prices on the site are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes, and are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, BROHH reserves the right to cancel orders placed against that listing and issue a full refund.
We accept payments through secure methods including Razorpay, UPI, credit and debit cards, and Cash on Delivery. Placing an order and receiving a confirmation email does not, on its own, guarantee product availability — orders may be cancelled if stock runs out between confirmation and shipment.
Shipping costs vary depending on destination pincode and order weight, and are calculated live at checkout. Free shipping is offered on orders over ₹999. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier disruptions, festival-season volume, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All products sold by BROHH come with a limited warranty covering genuine defects in materials or workmanship, within the timeframe noted on the product page. Normal wear, misuse, and improper care are not covered.
Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Non-returnable items include personalised pieces, final-sale and clearance items, innerwear, and anything damaged through normal wear. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.
BROHH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically applicable in the state of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
