Thank you for shopping with BROHH. If you need to return an item or cancel your order, here's exactly how it works.
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags attached. Non-returnable items include products damaged due to misuse or improper handling, personalised or custom-made items, innerwear, and products from clearance or sale (unless defective).
To initiate a return, head to your orders and select the order you'd like to return, or contact our team at +91 98516 15555 or hello@brohh.com with your order details. Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup through Xpressbees within 2 to 3 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. After we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund to the original payment method will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the availability of the product — at no cost to you.
You can cancel your order any time before it has shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at +91 98516 15555 or hello@brohh.com. Once the order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy will apply.
If you cancel your order before shipment, there will be no cancellation fee. If the order has already been processed for shipment but not yet collected by the courier, a cancellation fee of 10% may apply to cover handling and processing charges.
If you cancel your order before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. If the order is cancelled after shipment, the refund will be processed after the item is returned, minus any applicable shipping and handling charges.
Products can be exchanged for a different size, colour, or item of equal or higher value within the 7-day return window — provided the original item is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our team to initiate an exchange; we'll arrange a reverse pickup along with dispatch of the replacement once the returned item is received.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days once the returned product has been inspected. It may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
Returned items must be shipped to the return address provided by our team. Pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit. If you're shipping it yourself, use a trackable courier service and share the tracking number with our team.
Non-returnable products include items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care, and items from clearance sales (unless defective). Warranty claims for genuine defects in materials or workmanship are handled separately from returns.
